Moving

Today I noticed new freckles on Addie's arm. I said, "Look, you have two new freckles."

To which she casually replied, "Yep, they just moved in."
Never thought of any of my freckles as 'just moving in,' but now I think I will. Maybe as my wrinkles start to multiply, I will just say I have some new wrinkles moving in. I like how it sounds-nonchalant and true.

Speaking of moving we have just moved into this....

Sometimes, like the middle of the night we found a skunk at our kitchen table, I would have wished for all the freckles in the world to move onto my body than moving into here. However, I must say we are having fun fixing this baby up...afterall, as we exaplained it to the girls, God likes to give our family things that we can make fancy and beautifulish. We have our hands full and often feel like we are living outside, but we're not...almost like we are camping, but in a our own house.

My husband likes to toss out big ideas, like buying this gem, and then simply asks in return that I, "catch the vision." Catching the vision often makes me uncomfortable and takes me out of my happy little bubble. Thankfully I am becoming a pro at catching the vision. I'll post pictures of the progress and will for now leave out any interior pictures, b/c it gets so much worse when we open the doors :)
