Chillin' in the AZ !?
It has become a summer tradition to spend the second of three weeks of football camp at my parent's house. The kids and I love to travel out of town for some fun in the hot Arizona sun. This time we got to fly instead of drive, which was so much fun.
Addie, my cautious one, spent our first flight, two summers ago, white knuckling the arms of her airplane seat. And at the end of that flight, she asked, "Mommy, why are all these people going to Gaga and Papa's house?" How cute that in her "kiddie" mind we were flying right up to their driveway! This time she flew with noticeable bravery. She even felt comfortable enough to push the arms of the seat up, so, it was like we were sitting on one big airplane sofa...that is, until we hit a little turbulence. She quickly grabbed those arms and reported to us all, "Maybe we should ride with these down for a little bit."
Both girls thought the drinks were such a treat and so were the little baggie of snacks we received. After we opened our snacks Addie declared her gratitude to the "Boss of the Snacks" (a.k.a the male flight attendant who gave us our peanuts). And if you have heard Addie speak before, it'll be easy for you to understand why the 4 rows in front & behind us were all laughing. That girl has one volume-delightfully and cheerfully loud!

Here are are the fearsome four (the heart is for modesty) :)
Here is Titus getting very little personal space on his water saucer. He wouldn't know what to do with a moment alone or a quiet one. I wouldn't have it any other way for any of us...well, most of the time... :)
Papa you can read the Wall Street Journal and I'll just eat it when your done.
