A picture is worth a thousand words

Our little man is getting his first tooth.
So, I took a picture of the tears that are coming along with it!

~Tagged~
Last night I was "tagged" by my wonderful friend Melanie. It's funny, but I feel the giddy-ness of a grade-school kid at recess...when you get tagged and then you don't know what to do. It's a cross between being embarrassed and being excited to get to tag someone else. Who knew, "blog tag" could evoke such childhood emotions-gotta love it!!
The deal with being tagged is I share 6 random things about myself.

So, here they are:
1. I like black licorice.
2. I am addicted to Chocolate milk (the powder mix kind) and I am very serious about it. I will not let my husband make it for me and I don't like to share my glass once I've made it-I even wait to drink it when I know I will have the time to take it in and truly enjoy it! I cannot kick the addiciton, and trust me I have tried...I get headaches without it-so, so, sad!
3. I am still a huge fan of 80's and 90's rap/hip-hop-RUN DMC, Salt 'N Pepa, LL Cool J-you name it and I can karaoke to it :) ...I still know all the words to Beatstreet (by SugarHill Gang).
4. I like to eat my pizza with a fork and a knife.
5. Having a creative outlet (sewing mainly, but crocheting, crafting, writing, etc...) is so important for me. It's a way for me to unwind and make things for my friends and family too!!
6. I am the epitome of competitive. Being birds of a feather, my husband and I have had to boycott certain activities to spare our marital bliss (i.e. tennis, the card games-Nerts & Speed, swimming races, H-O-R-S-E, even the occasional game of "touched you last"). Sad, like the choclate milk, but so true. We can turn a kid's playground into the ultimate obstacle course, if need be- and get the stopwatch out, it's not good enough to complete the course, it's all about how fast you can do it too!!
Now I get to tag 6 more friends.
I only have three so far.... and they are all three fabulous peeps!

Here they are:
