Quiet Please

There is one thing candy and Coca-cola manufacturers need to figure out:
How to create a product that makes no noise when you open it.

My children flock to me from 400 yards away every time I crack open a fresh, cool, refreshing Coke.  It becomes not so refereshing, when I have to drink my Coke with 6 sweet puppy dog eyeballs begging for a sip.  Sadly for them, I am not a drink sharer.  Never have been.  If I separate from my Coke for even a second, someone else is drinking it, and they usually have a snotty nose or leftover Cheerios around their mouth from lunch time.  I love it when my kids drink, just not when they drink my drink.

Another thing, I can't open a bag of M&M's without getting assaulted or any candy wrapper for that matter.  Trying to open Sweeet Tarts in the middle of a long car ride, quickly becomes the closest thing my husband and I will ever do to a covert operation.  Maybe vegetable growers should take note:
Package your broccoli in a plastic bag that crackles when it's opened
and you might get a whole new demographic of eaters.
Add some food coloring to that crackly bag of healthy goodness, maybe even a plastic toy surprise, and your green leafy vegetables will start flying off the shelves.
Just sayin'...
