Ice Skating
Here are a few videos from our weekend up in the mountains. We had a blast!
No mommies were harmed in the filming of these short videos-that's right I've got mad skating skills. Filming with my phone with one hand, holding my precious daughters hand in the other, ice skating and being 35 could be a recipe for disaster, but not for this ice queen. Check it out :)

Impressive. Before stepping onto the hard, cold ice it donned on me, maybe I should have brought a helmet or elbow and knee pads, maybe wrist guards. That's right, I said "wrist guards." At 35, I care way more about my safety than I do about my looks....on second thought, what am I talking about, being cute for the hubby while skating, far outweighed any amount of safety gear. I think I may rather be flat on my rear and cute, than flat on my rear wearing knee and elbow pads :) Not the experience I was going for by any stretch of the imagination. My mom went ice skating in December. She mentioned the rink she went to, afforded their novice skaters with "walkers" made for the ice. Whoa Mom! The apple must fall far from the tree on that one.....but one thing I know you would never don would be a helmet. I know you love your hair too much and skating too little to take that safety step/fashion mishap.
